1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is Lohik, based in Via Alcide De Gasperi, Bracciano (RM), Italy. For any request concerning your personal data you can contact us at 351 845 9515 (also on WhatsApp) or through the contact form.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
• Cart and orders: products, variants, quantities and checkout data are handled by Shopify; the browser may retain a technical cart identifier.
• Custom printing: name, email, project description, material, colour and the uploaded 3D model are used to assess feasibility, prepare the quote and manage an accepted order.
• Newsletter: the email address and evidence of the subscription request.
• WhatsApp: if you use the WhatsApp button, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp/Meta app or website, subject to their independent privacy policy.
• Browsing data: Google Analytics is loaded only after consent through the cookie banner, when the service is configured.

3. Why we use it

We use your data exclusively to reply to your requests, prepare quotes, manage orders and, only when you have checked the dedicated consent box, send the newsletter. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Contact and quote requests are processed to take pre-contractual steps or answer your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Optional newsletters and analytics rely on consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.

5. Data retention

We keep messages and models for the time needed to assess and handle the request. If it becomes an order, related records are retained for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law. Your email remains on the newsletter list until you withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

6. Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.gpdp.it).

7. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies/storage required for the cart to work, which do not require consent under current legislation. Any analytics or marketing cookies will be enabled only after obtaining your explicit consent via the dedicated banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

8. Providers and transfers

We may use Vercel for hosting, Shopify for carts, orders and payment, Resend and the company mailbox for communications and the newsletter list, Google Analytics only after consent, and WhatsApp/Meta when you voluntarily choose that channel. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards in their agreements and the applicable law.
